About Us

A real home, run by people who treat your family like their own.

Neighbors Adult Family Home was founded on a simple belief: adults who need care deserve to live in a real home, not an institution.

Our Story

Located in a peaceful Tacoma neighborhood, our home was chosen for its warmth, natural light, and connection to the outdoors. Every detail from the open-concept living areas to the wisteria-covered back patio was shaped to feel like the home our residents have always known.

Led by Pauline and a dedicated nursing team, we've cared for Tacoma-area seniors and adults with disabilities for years. Our reputation has been built one family at a time, through consistent, compassionate care that goes well beyond the basics.

Our Mission

To keep our residents active, alert, healthy, and happy by providing skilled nursing care inside a true family home, where every person is known, respected, and engaged every single day.
